Working out at Y

I did not see any sweet people dressed up in cop uniforms or anything YMCA. However, this is just a Y not a YMCA. I can however say that they have adequate equipment and thats good enough for me. I am starting easy. A little 40 minute elliptical. It was hardly exciting. But if nothing else it was a nice little sweat and I feel okay. So that is a start.
